The Gilead Academy campus, while conveniently located close to many lovely local communities, is situated in the heart of the sparkling lakes and majestic forests of Almaguin Highlands. This idyllic backdrop creates the perfect opportunity for what we like to think of as a classroom without walls, which provides boundless opportunities for hands-on learning, community volunteering, quiet meditation, relaxation and friendships.
The Academy’s year-round schedule allows us to offer a personalized course of study that highlights spiritual growth, music and wholistic living.
Passover 2026
“The Passover was to be both commemorative and typical, not only pointing back to the deliverance from Egypt, but forward to the greater deliverance which Christ was to accomplish in freeing His people from the bondage of sin. The sacrificial lamb represents ‘the Lamb of God,’ in whom is our only hope of salvation.”

The apostle Paul reminds us that Christ Himself is our Passover:
“...For even Christ, our Passover, IS sacrificed for us. Therefore let us keep the feast, not with old leaven, neither with the leaven of malice and wickedness, but with the unleavened bread of sincerity and truth.”—1 Cor. 5:7-8.
With hearts turned toward remembrance, renewal, gratitude, and hope Gilead Academy will be hosting our Passover Celebration services
from Tuesday, March 31 through Sabbath, April 4, 2026.
The Passover Ceremony will take place on the evening
of Wednesday, April 1, 2026.
Attendance is by reservation only.
Our story began in 1980 with a vision to awaken God’s people to their High Calling. Officially organized as a not-for-profit publishing association in 1983, Gilead Academy was built over forty-plus years by the love and dedication of countless volunteers and their tireless helping hands. It has been the burden of many that have laboured, to bring this vision to life. Today, we continue to honour that vision with that same dedication.
Gilead Academy is built on the conviction that God’s Inspired Word is the foundation of all true education. Our educational values are based on the seven Biblical principals of trust, integrity, generosity, diligence, watchfulness, friendship, and purity.
At Gilead Academy, we strive for an environment of compassion, support and opportunity in which everyone can develop to their fullest capacity. It is our greatest joy to see people progress; learning more and still more of God’s purpose for their lives.
